Hello, everyone! My name is Richy and I'm a runner, it's who I am and what I do. I'm currently recovering from eating disorders, so I will be posting things about my struggles and successes with it. Most importantly, I will mainly be talking and posting things about running :)

-Roll around on the floor after..
-Go to noodles and company and get the delicious mac n cheese with chicken :D

In other running related news.. I’ll be hitting +220 miles for the month of May and I start taper after this weekend.
In other non running related news.. I’ve been symptom free for almost 4 months, which is pretty cool I guess. Mentally I’m eh..
Running 16 miles for the long run tomorrow which means I’ll be at 60 miles for the week.. And I’ve ran a total of 110 miles in 12 days without a rest day. I am so looking forward to Sunday :) and an ice bath on Saturday.
8.5 miles on the roads and trails!! Averaged about 7:20’s on the roads and 7:50 on the trails..
I got the compression socks on and I’m ready to relax for the rest of the day.
